Meet Karnik Shah

Karnik Shah is a dedicated and compassionate professional with a deep passion for treating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological injuries

He specializes in managing chronic pain syndrome and is committed to enhancing the quality of life for his patients.

Karnik earned his bachelor's degree in physical therapy from SBB College of Physiotherapy in Gujarat, India. He further pursued his academic ambitions by obtaining a Master's degree in Exercise Science from Oakland University, Michigan, USA. Additionally, he completed a second Master's degree in Public Health, focusing on health behavior and health education. Karnik is particularly intrigued by the ways in which individual behavior, attitudes, and beliefs influence health outcomes, while also considering the impact of socio-demographic factors.

Driven by his interest in psychology, Karnik became certified as a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. He integrates principles of behavioral health, psychology, and various manual therapy techniques to provide comprehensive care to his patients.

In his personal life, Karnik enjoys playing sports such as cricket, pickleball, and volleyball. He loves hiking and traveling to different places, which allows him to explore new environments and cultures. To maintain his mental peace, he practices daily meditation and finds relaxation in cooking. Karnik also has a keen interest in reading books, especially those related to history.
